Bernalillo - Zia

The Pueblo of Zia entrusted Suina Design + Architecture (previously d.b.a. Garrett Smith Ltd.) with the facilitation of a number of agencies to establish the criteria for the phased development of a 19.4 acre parcel in the Salazar Historic District of the Town of Bernalillo. The plan calls for incremental growth closely following the regulatory requirement of the Town including the Main Street Overlay District, Transit Oriented Development Zone and comprehensive mixed use/ mixed income development set for by the Pueblo.
